Double exposure images are made by simply getting two images of nature or anything that represents you and a profile picture of yourself, then you go to Adobe Photoshop and simply click on File > Scripts > Load Files Into Stack. Then you click on the Dodge Tool and go around your profile image and on 50% opacity, you trace along the edge of yourself on your profile picture and keep going until your profile of JUST YOU is the only thing showing on that image. Then you Rotate, Resize, and Crop by clicking on Shift > 8.5 in x 11" inches Resolution 300 px/in . To access Blend Mode, Double Click Layer > Blend Mode > Screen, and to adjust the Color Tone, click Layer > New Adjustment Layer > and Explore !
My two pictures represent that I stand out and when something happens, it affects everything . What shows that I stand out, is my Red Hibiscus Flower. I chose this picture because these flowers really called my name and were screaming for a picture so I just looked for a pretty good angle to have some shadows into it. The image that shows that my actions affect my self and others is the Water Rippling. I took this picture at Loop Road and I just tried my best then I saw the ripples and I took the shot. I think I could've gone further into customizing these Adjustment Layers.

ReplyDeletenext time try to make your images pop out more
i love your amount of writing
Sweet photos! One thing you can improve is that you can show more of your face. Though, I really like how it blends together well.
ReplyDeleteNice colors in the refection, the hibiscus is really well placed.
ReplyDeleteWow russell! I really love how bright and colorful they both are they really stand out. Amazing work!
ReplyDeleteI really like the rippling water! It really makes the photo stand out a lot! You did and awesome job Russell!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Russell! I think my favorite part is probably how well your images blend together, and how the texture of the rippling water stands out. I think your message works because you can see both images rather clearly. One thing to improve could possibly be your use of negative space, as your head is really close to the top of the frame.
ReplyDeleteCool multi exposure, I really like the rippling in the water.
ReplyDeleteI like how the colors all blend together. I think that you could've made the water more obvious so we can see the ripples.
ReplyDeleteI love your final! This is so cool! Great blog writing. Maybe just show more of the Hibiscus flower. Great Job.
ReplyDeleteBoth of your photos are very colorful and the symbols are well placed. Very nice work Russel!
ReplyDeleteNice work! I really like the ripples in your image.
ReplyDeleteI like your symbols that were in your image. I think that you could have arranged your photos in different places. Good use of negative space!

ReplyDeleteWow neat. I love your Multi because it's colorful and looks like a painting. It seems that you combine your images nad make it into one image. Pretty good and you have no noticeable lines. I think the one thing I have an issue about is that the your head doesn't have the negative space on the top. Also, same with my Multi, is that your images are really similar. The message is addressed real clearly.
ReplyDeleteI like the placement of the flower, and the ripples in the water. Your symbols are easy to see. Overall, I think you did a really good job!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos fu fu! love the multi and the flowwer!!!!over all great photos
ReplyDeleteThe photos are awesome in the profile. I heard about a ripple, and I see it! Your photo could be moved around to match your profile, but overall, the ripple and the hibiscus (I think I spelled it right) matches each other!
ReplyDeleteNice job, Russell! I really love the effect the rippling water gives off, and how we can still see your face.
ReplyDeleteWoah! Great job... I love the position of the river image!
ReplyDeleteI think you did a awesome job, so you don't need to improve anything.
Over-all, your picture is amazing!
I really like the rippling water! It makes the image look sick!
ReplyDeleteI think your message does work because I can see the 2 symbols! I love where you placed both!
I like everything!!
This is very artC Russel very ArtC, I can clearly see both photos, but I think you would have to explain your symbol... But besides that it looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love your placement of the photos and the way these photos symbolize you. The colors and the way you blended them looks great. Good job!
